Hello,
My name is Joe Winiecki. I’m an Adapted Physical Education teacher for Erie # 2 Chautauqua-Cattaruagus BOCES in Western New York State. I have been teaching APE for 21 years as an itinerant, sometimes traveling through multiple districts (multiple school buildings) in a single day. The students that I teach have various disabilities, that preclude them from participating in Regular Physical Education. My class sizes range from 1 to almost 20, and meet 3 to 4 times per week for 30 to 40 minutes each session.
The purpose of this Blog is to :

*Share experiences
*Share best practices
*Ask and answer any questions we might have with our classes and our students
